COVID-19 Update: Re-opening of Eastbourne Mosque

Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullah wa barakatuh brothers and sisters in Islam,

In line with the Government’s latest advice, the Mosque will be re-opening from Thursday 3rd December 2020 for all five daily prayers as well Friday Jummah prayer.

Kindly please ensure that you DO NOT interact with anyone outside your household/support bubble as per the Government’s guidance when attending the Mosque. Our COVID officers will be monitoring this.

In view of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we are continuing the use of the online booking system for registering attendance to Jummah / Friday prayers.

As of THIS Friday (4th December 2020) we ask that you please continue to book on using this link:

If for any reason you are experiencing problems with the link then please let me know and book directly with Eventbrite (platform we are using to manage this) via this link.

For those within our community without access to internet/smartphone than please contact Br Khalil on 07414441444 who will be more than happy to manually book you onto the system.

EICC will keep its policy under review and continue to respond to Government guidance.

As we start returning back to normality, it is very important that we all remain to be extremely vigilant and careful to limit the risk of spreading the virus in order to protect one another as well as ourselves.

EICC thanks the community for your continued cooperation, support and understanding.

May Allah swt keep us all safe and well.

Jazakhallah khair
